We were in need of mortgage insurance. The underwriter for the bank was a) really expensive; and b) completely unreasonable with respect to medical assessment given the whole COVID-19 situation. Lion gave us a range of options and delivered insurance with a couple of weeks. We would still be waiting if we had gone with the bank...
