Justine was very helpful in the planning phase of our family ski holiday to Japan. Due to Covid and travel restrictions at the time there were a lot of unknowns and therefore good transparent communication was key. The trip went seamlessly according to plan and the excellent customer service continued through the holiday with nice touches like making dinner bookings and making other helpful suggestions. I have been back at work a week and have already been in touch about the next trip. I thoroughly recommend the Mountainwatch team.
