“Anna was so helpful and the trip was fantastic. Hakuba is great and lift tickets and ski hire ,HHG it just works. Our first time to Japan we absolutely loved Hakuba. It just works from pick at the station to accomodation nothing is a problem. Mizuho Studios Apartments are brand new. Staff worked very hard to please . Would be better with what they have learnt this season.”

“Steph was very helpful and the accomodation was in a great location and roomy. We needed to add an extra person and she was very accommodating. Additional information provided on Nozawa Onsen and travel in Japan helped make the trip enjoyable.”

“I would like to give Steph Briggs a big thank you for arranging accommodation, ski passes in Hakuba and Shiga Kogen plus transfers. Both properties were clean comfortable and close to lifts. I have no problem asking g Steph to arrange my next ski trip”

“We had the best family holiday in Niseko booked with Mountainwatch Travel! Justine was spot on in selecting the best accommodation option, spacious, well equipped and super convenient to all the restaurants at Niseko - Yama Shizen. We wanted comfort but affordable and it was perfect!! Thank you!”

“This is our 2nd year booking a snow trip to Nozawaonsen with mountainwatch. Kirsty Leitch has been amazing both times round. “Kirsty made it so easy to sort location, accommodation and ski passes. Nothing was a bother and when our original accommodation was sold she found a perfect replacement. Prompt response to any queries and helpful suggestions for transfers etc were all part of the service.”

“Kristy Leitch was amazing!!!! No problem was too small. No enquiry was too much trouble. We were taking a special needs child on his first overseas holiday and that was a factor in all our arrangements. The Hotel in Happo was beautiful and the service first rate. Kristy just made the whole process stress-free. I can’t wait to return.”

“First timers traveling to Hakuba to ski - Roxy guided us through the process of booking a package to suit our travel needs from accommodation options, ski hire options, airport transfers, ski lift passes and much more. She was always available to assist with all our questions. The process from start to finish was seamless. We arrived in Narita with a two hour transit before hopping on an over night bus to Hakuba - it was effortless and so easy. We stayed at Hotel Gorykan and our view was spectacular when we arrived at 3am - the view from the room overlooked the mountains it was beautiful. We had all our gear hire ready for collection and lift passes ready to go. Overall a wonderful experience and exceptional service and expertise from Roxy. Thank you for making our first experience a wonderful and memorable one. We would highly recommend Roxy and Mountain Watch to book your next ski adventure.”

“We booked a 14 day trip, week in Shiga Kogen and a week at Nozawa. Roxy booked us into a great location at Nozawa close to the cafe's and restaurants. The walk up to the gondala was a great warm up. We stayed at the west prince at Shiga Kogen that also is a good location with a easy walk to Ichinose for dinner and drinks. Highly recommended Mountain Watch for the great work they do. The app they send with all the information on it is great too. Jeff and Theresa”

“It was our first time going to Japan and Anna made the entire process so easy. From accommodation, to transfers, to booking ski lessons, it was all taken care of.
