“We needed Urgent help due to a broken wrist in our group. Justine & Susie from Mountain Watch did all they could to assist and it really helped the process. It is all very well to organize a trip, but to be on the fast response via email and phone in a urgent situation - was just first class service. This was our third trip and other 2 trips went extremely well.”

“Justine Fitzsimmons was very proactive and made all the bookings we asked for quickly. All queries during the planning were answered promptly. Any advice provided was valued; e.g. Black Cat delivery service was brilliant for our ski gear to/from Hakuba/Narita airport. Accommodation in Keio Plaza Hotel, Shinjuku Tokyo was central, fantastic location. In Hakuba, Garuka Apartments worked really well for 2 couples. Our 2nd week at Tokyu Hotel for just us two was a real pleasure. The whole experience in Japan more than met expectations. Thank you Justine & team.”

“I had the best experience with Tulia from Mountain watch Travel. The trip included Hakuba, Shiga Kogen and Niseko. As with all adventures, theres a lot to organize and many things can go wrong. I was able to contact mountain watch travel at all times. The emails and confirmations were accurate and thorough. All accommodation and vouchers were pre organized. Change of flights were relayed and rebooked. It was an absolute pleasure to have this security and support for my trip. Mountainwatch are my definite go to agent!!! Thank you.”

“The most important part of our booking involved the constant communications. I was constantly updated with new accomodation choices as they came on the Mountainwatch market. We booked 8 months in advance and got a great deal at The Westin in Whistler. Accomodation was so close to the Whistler Gondola. So good. Will book again with Mountainwatch. thanks”

“Once the holiday was booked and receiving the last of the paperwork. There was no additional communication on the ground or prior. The accommodation that we chose to go with could have been explained better i.e. type of room, lack of front office support/knowledge. The process of commuting around Hakuba could have been explained better. Generally speaking we wont be using Mountianwatch again for travel as there was nothing offered we couldn't have done ourselves.”

“I've used Mountainwatch now for 4 Japow trips. I can't recommend Justine Fitzsimmons highly enough! Juz is very knowledgeable, upfront, honest and very patient! I've been lucky enough to touch base with Juz personally both in Queenstown and Hakuba where she was always available for advice and is super helpful with all aspects of travel. The next trip is already in the works! It's nice to know I have a TA who I can trust! I'm a very happy client! Thanks Juz and team for another great Japow trip!”
