“The crew at Mountain, especially Roxy in our case, were very helpful and informative. Our Japan ski adventure went off without a hitch from private transfers, good quality and really well-located accommodation to the excellent ski and gear hire, and support on site provided by Rhythm (organised by Mountainwatch). I would certainly recommend Mountainwatch !! Allan - Dubbo Australia”

“Justine Fitzsimmons was our agent, and she was excellent. Very responsive and helpful. However I would like to provide feedback on the accommodation in Hakuba - Summit Views. The 4 bedroom room we were in was truly awful. There wasn’t even any area for us to unpack our clothes to. There wa only a single small hanging rack. That was it. Which meant the 4 of us had to live out of our suitcases for the week, which was a very disappointing experience. I would not be recommending Summit Views to anyone, without making it very clear the rooms are tiny and there is no storage space for clothes, other than 1 small hanging rack. The breakfasts were also very basic. Not a great accomodation experience overall. However conversely, the accomodation in Myoko was superb - Kogukuro. It was really excellent, and we would be very happy to stay there again. Spacious, excellent service, really nice authentic Japanese feel to it and great breakfasts. Final piece of feedback is Joeys Ski rental company in Akukura Myoko. They had a very limited selection of skis. Had basically run out of powder skis too. And nothing really premium. I would have preferred to rent our skis from a place that had much better selection of premium kit eg Factions, Black Crows etc.”

“Amelia was very helpful from the start. She guided me to the best resort that fitted my criteria at nozawa onsen. The stay at welcome nozawa was very comfortable, great location and I just loved the bed. She managed to fix a minor issue with the booking and ended up being no problem. Highly recommended mountain watch travel.”

“Very happy with the work of Adam. Our only issue was the accomodation at the Condominuim at Hakuba where the room was very small, very expensive and not very clean. Adam has helped us to navigate through our trip and has answered all our questions very quickly.”

“The most important part of our booking involved the constant communications. I was constantly updated with new accomodation choices as they came on the Mountainwatch market. We booked 8 months in advance and got a great deal at The Westin in Whistler. Accomodation was so close to the Whistler Gondola. So good. Will book again with Mountainwatch. thanks”

“LST organised a great trip to Hakuba Japan for a weeks snowboarding. Flights transfers and accommdation was all very good as well transfers to ski resorts across the Hakuba valley.”

“Mid to Late Jan consulted Liquid for suggestion/quote on accommodation and some other detail for a two week mish to Japan for my mate and I. Based upon our requested standard of accommodation and sort of experience we wanted, we went with their suggestion. The trip was absolutely epic, Liquid is largely to thank for such success. The accommodation standard was spot on and we paid accordingly - did a comparison and they couldn't be beaten on price! It was easy... Thanks Liquid, we'll do more business in future i'm sure.”

“Great organisation and advice, easy to book everything in one place and they had my lift passes waiting at reception for me. Great value for money! Excellent communication from my travel consultant, beautiful accommodation. But sadly no-one showed from Liquid showed by for the complementary guiding I booked to do.”

“Always difficult to get a 5 as a travel agent, in my opinion. Silvi was very close. Everything worked well, we followed her instructions and there were no major surprises. If she'd told us there was no advantage to buying ski lessons through LST (turns out it was the same price through ski school on location), THAT would've earned a 5 star rating. Otherwise, it was great. We'd use them again.”
