Always difficult to get a 5 as a travel agent, in my opinion. Silvi was very close. Everything worked well, we followed her instructions and there were no major surprises. If she'd told us there was no advantage to buying ski lessons through LST (turns out it was the same price through ski school on location), THAT would've earned a 5 star rating. Otherwise, it was great. We'd use them again.
