“Thanks to Anna from Mountainwatch travel for everything she assisted with , she made the trip easy and Incredibly enjoyable, we had an awesome time. Anna is very good at what she does and incredibly patient with our lack of knowledge and would definitely recommend her and the company to others planing a ski trip. . There was nothing we needed improvement on. The pre information sheets and recommendations passed on before the trip were essential for our limited knowledge of overseas travel. “Roxy at Mountainwatch Travel made booking our 3-week Japan holiday so easy and stress-free! She organised all our transfers and accommodation in Hakuba, Nozawa and Myoko and was always super quick to reply and incredibly knowledgeable about each area. She gave us lots of great options and explained everything clearly, which made planning really exciting instead of overwhelming. It was also so comforting knowing she was there during our trip if we needed anything. We honestly couldn’t recommend her more — she went above and beyond and made the whole process effortless. Thank you so much, Roxy! We had the absolute best time. Can’t wait to book the next one.”

“Roxy was a straight up gangster. Sorted all our holiday out. Transfers made easy and accomodation was elite. Met her at the meet and greet on Tuesday evening. Halfway through our trip and it’s been made easy. Hassled her a little bit always a kind voice on the other end of the phone. Thanks a bunch will highly recommend.”

“Justine From Mountain watch travel organised our ski trip to Rusutsu Japan and was excellent to deal with. She has looked after us on a previous ski trip and once again excelled. Justine has great knowledge of the location and was always available to handle any questions that i had and i fully recommend her to any prospective traveller”
