“We used Mountainwatch Travel to book our trip to Hakuba, Japan and everything has been a breeze thanks to Juzzy. She's been super helpful with all the recent travel restrictions and kept in regular touch. It's great to have our accomodation, lift tickets and ski lessons booked all in the one place. She found us great lodging within our price range and has been so accomodating throughout. The best customer service I've ever received - highly recommend!”

“The service was excellent and the staff very friendly and efficient. The whole experience was very enjoyable with mountain watch organizing all the travel details and accommodation smoothly . We had a lovely holiday and would definitely recommend mountain watch as a travel service company for your skiing holiday.”

“I emailed Mountainwatch a rough plan/list of what I was looking for for our Queenstown trip. Emer was absolutely amazing in helping us bring our snow holiday to life. She kept in regular contact with myself and answered all my queries promptly. She went above and beyond to find all the best deals and keep our trip below budget. During our holiday there was a mix up with our accomodation and it was instantly resolved by Mountainwatch after a single phone call. I will definitely work with Mountainwatch again in planning our next trip.”

“Fantastic ski trip organised by these guys for the 5 of us. Accomodation was top class, our hired 4WD was great, our lift passes were all waiting for us - no problems whatsoever. We fell in love wwith Wanaka. Would use Mountainwatch again in a heart beat!”

“The crew at Mountainwatch Travel made it super easy for our large group of 10 blokes. Our first trip to NZ with Mountainwatch Travel was a breeze. Everything was taken care of. Accomodation, lift passes and bus transfers all sorted by Juzzy. Highly recommend them, We will definitely use them again for snow travel.”

“Best Customer service I have ever received. I went through 4 travel agents who all made numerous mistakes before I found Miranda from Mountainwatch. At first contact, Miranda went out of her way to understand exactly what I wanted and why. Miranda understood how special our trip was and went over and above to ensure every detail was accurate. Miranda responded within minutes to my emails. I will recommend her to all of my family. Thank you for the great experience.”

“Vicky was fantastic to work with, always quick to reply to emails, helpful during issues on the trip and proactive at organising logistics! Thanks to her my group of 12 had a great trip despite some challenging logistical situations! Would absolutely recommend and look forward to working with Vicky for future ski trips!”

“With just over a week to plan a last minute trip to Hakuba, Rob from liquid snow was very quick with replies (usually within minutes, and even replied on weekends) and helped me book my trip to line up with friends who already had theirs booked for months.”

“Booking was really easy and everything was planned for. Having the office in Hakuba was super convenient, there were a few times we had questions or wanted to add to our booking during the trip and could easily do so in person. Would 100% recommend to anyone to book through Liquid Snow. We definitely will again!”
