“Kirsty provided a great package and advice for a week long trip to Furano. Transfers, hotel and lift tickets were all fantastic value for money. Would definitely use Mountainwatch again for a ski adventure in Japan.”

“The crew at Mountain, especially Roxy in our case, were very helpful and informative. Our Japan ski adventure went off without a hitch from private transfers, good quality and really well-located accommodation to the excellent ski and gear hire, and support on site provided by Rhythm (organised by Mountainwatch). I would certainly recommend Mountainwatch !! Allan - Dubbo Australia”

“Mountainwatch have always been informative and helpful. Zao Onsen however, is a little less travelled by Australians and MW were not as familiar with this area as they are with others. I found Zao's three main areas disconnected from each other. It was difficult to get around the entire resort without a lot of difficult traversing. The runs from the central "Rope Tow" for example did not get you back to the bottom of that tow but onto another area so getting home was tricky. The accomodation was good with most staff very obliging as is the custom in Japan. Some, however, were less inclined to help. The location of the resort was advertised as a short 5 or 10 minute walk to the lifts but this was not the case. The roads were steep and difficult in ski boots. The free shuttle service did not operate whilst we were there. Bonus was the amazing barista coffee at the snowboard rental. An unexpected pleasure.”

“I booked a snow trip to Nozawa Onsen, Japan through Justine Fitzsimmons and honestly she made the whole process so easy. My boyfriend and I had no idea which ski field to go to or where to stay, but Justine gave us great advice and organised everything for us. When we got there, checking into the hotel and collecting our lift tickets was super straightforward. Definitely recommend booking through Mountain watch if you’re planning a snow trip. It made everything a lot simpler for us.”

She literally brings your dreams to life. Her knowledge and expertise in the ski industry is next to none. This is the second time we have utilised Justine’s services. It won’t be the last. “MW helped us book a really great Hotel with wonderful hospitality in Nozawaonsen. Unfortunately they forgot to let us know that this lovely Hotel provided ski rental equipment and free ski locker storage to its guests with a 30% discount on rentals. This was very valuable information that we only received on arrival at Hotel after we had already made rental arrangements elsewhere. Communications from MW was minimal but we loved the Hotel we stayed at.”

“We had such an easy hassle free holiday with Reggae and Ken organizing everything for us. It was great to be driven to a different ski resort every day and guided around the mountain by them. We didn't have to plan, we just had to enjoy the Japanese experience. A wonderful holiday with a great group.”

“For a first time traveler to Japan, Mountainwatch Travel made it a lot easier for us with the organisation for the skiing trip from hotel stay after landing in Narita Airport to bus transfer to the ski resort in Shiga Kogan and the hotel there. Inclusive the hire gear and ski passes. Roxy helped us all the way and was very responsive to our emails with our questions”

“Justine from MountainWatch made everything so easy for us. We were amazed with the accomodation and would not have found such a great place if we had searched ourselves. Justine also organised our lift tickets which were easy to access on the mountain. Not only that but Justine kept in touch to see if there was anything else we needed. “Spent 10 days boarding in Niseko and with 1.5m of snowfalls had an absolute blast. Steph from MW organized everything including flights and it all ran hassle free and she was spot on with accommodation recommendations. I'd happily book through MW again.”
