“Mountain Watch was hands down the best thing I could have ever found! Our family holiday to Japan was made so enjoyable and memorable because of the prompt and professional help and advice I received. Anna was so patient with the thousands of questions I asked her and nothing was ever too hard or too difficult for her to answer, which made the booking process so easy. I would and will 100% be booking through mountain watch again for our next skiing adventures and would highly recommend anyone and everyone to do the same thing. Thank you again Anna for making our family skiing holiday so amazing!”

“First class service in every aspect from this company. Starting with brilliant communication (thank you Adam) to seamless travel and the perfect accommodation for our needs. We were a group of friends meeting up from different parts of the globe so by no means a simple arrangement. MW facilitated everything seamlessly. Highly recommend.”

“Stumbled across MountainWatch when all others failed to provide accommodation options in Japan. More importantly they listen to our needs, and quickly responded. Their service did not stopped there, providing various tips within Japan. A big shout out to Adam, already planning our next oversea ski trip.”

“Another boys snow trip under the belt all organised by Mountainwatch Travel. Everything was taken care of by Juzzy. We only had to rock up to the airport. Highly recommend using Mountainwatch. Email them with what you need and your budget and they will organise it. We have already booked another trip with MountainWatch. 10/10”

“BRILLIANT***** I had the pleasure of dealing with Adam via email (back and fourth) and I can honestly say I had the best experience! He made booking my holiday easy and pain free, always prompt with answers and pleasant. My family were impressed and loved it. Every question I had he answered without any issue (poor guy had many!) “We had a stellar experience booking our trip to Whistler with Mountain Watch, we started our journey with Vicky and ended with Anna, their service was incredible with competitive pricing! They answered our many questions with great attentiveness! The service we received made the entire experience all the more enjoyable, everything ran like clockwork, all of the bookings they handled for us went without a hitch. “I had an awesome time on the Snowmads tour. Definitely one of the best travel experiences I’ve had and no doubt the best in the last 6 years! Colin and Steve were great guides. They were able to easily adapt and change the tour to suit the group’s needs when curve balls were thrown. And every decision was made with consideration of the whole group. They are both really top blokes as well. I’d be more than happy to travel on a tour they are leading again.”

“2nd trip top Japow, this time Hokkaido. A roadtrip that took us from Nisekko, to Otaru all the way up to Furano. Everything went as smooth as the ice cream Hokkaido is so well known for, except maybe that there were two vans in stead of one, with an extra driver needed. Push comes to shove our guid Bart solved the issue and we where on the road! Speaking of Bart, he is a great guy, that knows the spots. We skied deep pow every run. Be it tree runs with lift access, or short hikes, the pow was endless. He also took us skinning up Asahidake. He knows how to value the group and find the terrain and snow they are looking for. He is chill, and has a great sense of humor. Wouldn't wanna ride in Japow with anyone else!”

“This was our 3rd ski trip to Hakuba Japan & 3rd time booking through MountainWatch (& previously LiquidTours). A thoroughly professional experience considering we needed to change the number of people & our need for more rooms. Wasn't a problem for the staff. Accommodation was as described & our lift tickets etc were waiting for us on arrival. Would have no hesitation in booking through MountainWatch a 4th time.”

“My first ski holiday in Myoko Japan was fantastic thanks to Tullia and Justine. I had a nice stay in a friendly Japanese family-run hotel... I chose a Japanese style room (futon on a mat) and it was really comfortable and clean. When my flight out of Auckland was cancelled due to cyclone Gabrielle Justine was great communicating and coordinating changes with my bus transfer and accommodation. Thanks again.... See you next year!”

“Overall a good trip, though a few things that could improve for future ones. The choice of Hotels really needs to be far more pragmatic. For a Golden Snowmads guided tour, 3 flights of steep stairs & no lift for some clients Over 70 & their luggage was incredibly inappropriate. The trip is not cheap & the choice of hotels often reflected little value for money outlaid. Alexys, Steve & Colin were all instrumental though with their guiding & group management”

“Gulmarg in January with Bart. WOW!!!! What a trip!!! It’s my 16th snow trip and right up there with the best trip I’ve done anywhere in the world. Massive thankyou to Bart, total pro from start to finish. He really did make our trip. So easy to deal with, he was engaging, fun and most importantly made the trip as safe for all of us as possible. He was particularly awesome with the girls, his patience and encouragement towards them really helped them step up their riding this season. The hotel was great and all his contacts in Kashmir were awesome. We can’t wait to get back there and will definitely use MW travel again!!! Thankyou for making it an unforgettable trip of a lifetime.”
