“Another Japan year passes and yes Liquid Tours once again showed why they are the best travel Ski Company to travel with in Japan,great staff,excellent service,and a great bunch of girls and guys who give you the upmost attention while on your stay through the Japanese Alps.Thanks everyone again for a great holiday”

“They were quick to respond and really helpful with all our questions (having never been to Japan before we had lots). The hotel they recommended was great and all the transfers from the airport run super smooth. Will certainly use them again for future snow trips!”

“LST organised a great trip to Hakuba Japan for a weeks snowboarding. Flights transfers and accommdation was all very good as well transfers to ski resorts across the Hakuba valley.”

“I would highly recommend Liquid Snow Tours. Every aspect of my trip was looked after, many options of accommodation and area to stay was given to me. Transfer options to and from accommodation, lift tickets, and ski hire if I needed it was offered. Also area information was given, whether it was places to eat, bars, day trip options when not skiing, transportation around area. If I had any questions, they would be answered promptly. Everything ran smoothly . I will be using Liquid Snow Tours again. Big thanks to Rob.”

“It was a breeze organising our Japan trip with Liquid Snow Tours. Justinne was super helpful and attentive and provided us with multiple accommodation options for our budgets and helped us out with all the info and transport options needed to make it there! All of our passes and accommodation were already set up and ready to go once we arrived which made settling in there super easy. We had an amazing time and would book through Liquid again! Thanks guys!”

“When travelling I'm always sceptical about booking specialized packages as I've found there generally alot more expensive. When I got the Quote for our travel I was very surprised at the price expecting something much more expensive. Silvi was excellent and organised everything down to a tee to make the holiday as smooth as possible. Very reasonably priced aswell. Will definitely booked through liquid again.”

“Mid to Late Jan consulted Liquid for suggestion/quote on accommodation and some other detail for a two week mish to Japan for my mate and I. Based upon our requested standard of accommodation and sort of experience we wanted, we went with their suggestion. The trip was absolutely epic, Liquid is largely to thank for such success. The accommodation standard was spot on and we paid accordingly - did a comparison and they couldn't be beaten on price! It was easy... Thanks Liquid, we'll do more business in future i'm sure.”

“Thank you to Noelene for an amazing Hakuba experience. The planning and preparation she did beforehand to talour the experience to our needs was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble and she kept trying to find a package that suited even after we changed the booking several times on her. A true asset to the company! Thanks Noelzy!! However the ground team there let us down on a couple of occasions. 1. Not having our lift passes organised and ready for us for upon arrival was a disappointment. We had to contact the office and have them brought up to the apartment on the first day, eating into precious powder shredding time on the slopes. 2. We arranged the Cortina shuttle to collect us on the last morning at the hotel specified but we unfortunately made the mistake of waiting on the hotel steps instead of the adjacent carpark so the shuttle left without us. We understand that we didn't follow the pickup instructions properly but thought the the driver would've contacted us on the mobile no. I provided to see if we were far away before it left. We had to wait another 1.45mims to catch the bus instead and had it been a powder day we would've been very upset. Our recommendation would be to have the driver check the hotel steps/foyer for people who have booked the shuttle so this doesn't happen again. It would only take a minute to walk over and check to see if people are waiting there to avoid disappointment on both ends. Apart from those two things we were very happy with the service and would book again through Noelene and LST. Regards, Grant, Tracey and Nick.”
