“Using liquid snow tours made our snowboarding leg of our Japan trip so much easier to organise. Susie was so helpful and quick to respond and organise whatever we needed. The pickup from the train station was so helpful and having english speaking staff in Hakuba.”

“If you want to travel to the snow in Japan and want to talk to people who know the country talk to Liquid Snow Tours, they have great advice, the right connections and consultants know the lay of the land. If you want to hasslefree trip contact Liquid Snow Tours they’ll get you there and back with paradise inbetween.”

“Awesome holiday, awesome support both before and during the holiday, clear information, great advice while I was in the planning phase. LST took all the stress out of going to Japan for the first time with all their local knowledge. Their recommendations for accomodation was above expectations. Their prices were very reasonable, I'd definitely book through theses guys again. thanks heaps team!”

“The organization and guide notes provided were concise and accurate. when I needed phone help it was available in Japan immediately and problem solved in seconds. Good job will definitely book with these guys and gals again”

“Great organisation and advice, easy to book everything in one place and they had my lift passes waiting at reception for me. Great value for money! Excellent communication from my travel consultant, beautiful accommodation. But sadly no-one showed from Liquid showed by for the complementary guiding I booked to do.”

“Staff were very helpful and answered questions promptly. Everything was organised and I didn’t really have to do anything except turn up to the airport. Everything was explained simply and I enjoyed every minute of my trip. It was great to go on a holiday feeling organised and relaxed.”

“Always difficult to get a 5 as a travel agent, in my opinion. Silvi was very close. Everything worked well, we followed her instructions and there were no major surprises. If she'd told us there was no advantage to buying ski lessons through LST (turns out it was the same price through ski school on location), THAT would've earned a 5 star rating. Otherwise, it was great. We'd use them again.”
