“We had the best trip to Wanaka, NZ for our family of 5 organized by Justine. She went above and beyond to ensure all our transfers, accom, lift passes, ski lessons etc were everything and more than we were hoping for. I would highly recommend her and will be using her expertise again in the future .”

“Just back from our long awaited Japan ski trip. The trip was put together by Justine from Mountainwatch who answered an exorbitant number of emails with up to date information, recommendations and a heap of patience that made ticking off this trip from our bucket list a reality. Many thanks Justine and Mountainwatch, we had a blast. We are already looking at 2027!”

“We loved our trip to Hakuba. The transfers, hotel, ski hire and ski passes all organised by Justine from mountain watch were all perfect! Great communication and easy organisation and amazing snow with no lift queues. We stayed in Echoland and loved the variety of restaurants and went to many of those recommended by Mountain Watch. Some needed booking in advance or waiting a while for a table but were well worth the wait. The shuttle bus to the mountain was efficient and meant that we were able to visit a different ski field each day. Thankyou Justine”

“This was our first time booking with Mountainwatch Travel. Justine was amazingly helpful throughout the whole process and very accommodating my many questions. Her knowledge was very valuable in ensuring that everything we needed was covered. Hotel location was great and in perfect location and it was very smooth having all lessons, rentals and lift pass sorted before we arrived. Would 100% book through Mountainwatch Travel again!”

“It was our first contact with Mountainwatch Travel. We picked them as snow expert to assist our family for our first skiing holiday. The accommodation at Hotel Sejour Mint was decent but I will totally not recommend the Japanese family room, it was located at the basement and we had to smell petrol fumes every night. The owner just said he was sorry and we slept with our doors open and left one day earlier. If you have chemical sensitivity, you need to be warned not to use this room. They were fully booked , so no other options were given to us. I slept partially on their sofa lounge on the first night. We had ski passes that covered the entire valley but as novice skiers, we were based at the beginners slopes at Iimori , so I think we could have been given a cheaper Iimori resort only pass for our family of five as they were significantly cheaper. As for the ski rentals, we were not aware that the helmets were not part of the rental, so paid a few more hundred dollars for 5 helmets across 4 days. I find communication via email with Steph just ok. Your company has the book the call service which I booked and called but no one ever pick up , so I had to resort to calling directly / emails. We enjoyed the snow but did not feel prepared by the company in assisting our first visit to Hakuba Valley for skiing.”

“Mountainwatch provided excellent planning assistance, communication and responsiveness. At the resort the service and support provided were fantastic, and the staff friendly.
