“Roxy organised an absolutely perfect trip to Whistler. Pick-ups and transfers were spot on, the hotel was fantastic, and the ski rental team went out of their way to accommodate all my wishes. I’ll definitely be booking my next ski trip with Mountainwatch. Thank you.”

“Our trip to Hakuba and Tokyo was so smooth and easy thanks to the help of Justine. Hotel was great and in a perfect location and it was very smooth having all our extras like lessons and rentals booked and sorted before we arrived. Would 100% book through Mountainwatch Travel again!”

“Adam from Mountainwatch Travel organised a fabulous ski trip to Japan for our family. Everything was taken care of including flights, accommodation in Hong Kong Tokyo and Kyoto as well as our weeks skiing in Shiga Kogen. I highly recommend Moutainwatch Travel.”

“Our ski trip to Japan was amazing! Anna from Mountainwatch Travel organised everything:- flights, accommodation, transfers, ski hire and lift passes. Our accommodation both in Tokyo and Niseko were perfect. Both were very central to everything we needed to see and do. Skiing in Niseko was brilliant. Sooo much snow!! Food incredible!! Thanks for all your help with our wonderful holiday Anna!!”

“I found Mountainwatch via ads on Facebook and so didn't know what to expect. Steph was our dedicated travel consultant and she has been nothing short of amazing with booking our accommodation in Japan - both at Shiga Kogen and Madarao Kogen. Steph's knowledge was so helpful, her communication was super efficient and nothing was ever a bother. I also found the Mountainwatch travel guides specifically made up for each location extremely helpful in the planning process as we prepared to depart. I couldn't have been as organised without these guides. I would add to Madarao that a lot more (most) places now accept credit cards, so the need for cash wasn't as required. Also, a suggestion to add that travellers might want to take things like their own pillows and slippers if they don't want to use the hotel provided ones (beds and pillows are hard!). Also, maybe some key phrases of the culture being visited to assist with how to communicate better - I would have liked to know more than "arigato" and because the guide was so helpful in other ways, I would have loved to refer to it rather than Google Translate.”

“Very happy with the service from Kirsty at Mountainwatch. We left our bookings for Japan a bit late however Kirsty found us some great accommodation and provided A1 service with all our queries from Ski gear hire to Ski lessons. We had great communication and customer service which made this trip memorable.”

“The itinerary was great, Kirsty was great, everything worked out, the app is a great way to store things, the email advice was perfect and explained it very well, Kirsty patience with me was very much appreciated, there was the right amount of knoledge of the area before hand, if things wentt wrong there were always options, Kirsty was always available or let us know when she wasnt. i would use you guys again”
