“We had a fantastic week in Hakuba Happo One. Great snow, cute little village with tons of restaurants and bars. Our hotel was a real surprise with and excellent Onsen that we used every day. Really good advice to catch the train from the airport to Hakuba. Much quicker than the coach and good fun. Thanks Susie and Liquid Snow Tours.”

“Friendly • Affordable • Adventure • Liquid snow tours have looked after us on three international trips and I can't recommend them enough. There are packages to suit each budget and you will be well looked after with friendly and knowledgeable staff. If you're reading the reviews to make up your mind, here it is, just take the leap, you won't regret it!”

“Our first trip to Japan was so easy with the help of Naomi and Liquid Snow Tours. Our accommodation suited our budget and our ski in ski out resort was so good I want to keep it a secret! I’m already looking forward to going again next year.”

“Our first ski holiday to Japan with a 4 day stopover in Tokyo was fabulous. The accommodation was great in Tokyo and in Nozawa Onsen. All queries were dealt with promptly and I felt happy that any problems ( fortunately we didn’t have any)would have also been handled with professionalism. All information was provided in detail before our departure. Thanks for organising a wonderful trip.”

“Liquid Snow Tours, specifically Rob Bound, were amazing to deal with. Rob compiled a quote for our dream holiday to Japan and made some really helpful suggestions. It was perfect and well within our budget. Rob also responded to all emails promptly and answered any questions, always going above and beyond with the information he provided. I cannot recommend Liquid Snow Tours highly enough and we will definitely book through them again. Thanks Rob!”

“Firstly I would like to thank Noeline Tangapiri for her outstanding costumer service she always provides. I have used Noeline for 2 snow bookings and also highly recommend her to all my friends and colleagues. Secondly I would like thank our mountain tour guides in Japan Jack and Jayden for their local knowledge, enthusiasm, and professionalism. This was without a doubt a highlight to our January holiday and we got to see mountains we never new existed. I highly recommend liquid snow and look forward to using Noelines services in the future. “Wow! Outstanding! From the very first enquiring, my emails were answered promptly and any changes or additions I wanted were done without a problem. So easy to deal with Liquid Snow and wouldn’t hesitate to book through them again. Very knowledgeable and planned a great week for my family.”
