“Very happy with the work of Adam. Our only issue was the accomodation at the Condominuim at Hakuba where the room was very small, very expensive and not very clean. Adam has helped us to navigate through our trip and has answered all our questions very quickly.”

“Adam was fantastic! He helped us navigate our accommodation options and also helped with ideas and suggestions for transiting around Japan. The accommodation and locations far exceeded our expectations. Tsugaike was particularly exceptional and suited out skiing requirements to a tee. The pick up from Chris in Hakuba and his suggestions were massively appreciated. Would highly recommend Mountainwatch to anyone and we’ll be using them for our next trip (without hesitation).”

“Anna was so helpful throughout the whole booking process. Vouchers in the app were handy. Accomodation was amazing. Ski resort Nosawa Onsen brilliant. Quaint town and stunning scenery and snow!”

“Calum did a great job organising our skiing holiday to Japan. Everything was planned correctly and worked like clockwork. The accommodation was excellent and the locals supporting the stays were extremely helpful. I'd recommend Mountainwatch travel to anyone.”

“Adam was great with this trip to Japan. The accommodation was as expected ( great location, and ski back to the door). The transfers to and from the train station were very appreciated in the busy season. We will definitely use Mountain Watch again in the future.”

“Our first time to Japan and Steph was a great help from start to finish. Our accommodation was as she described(cheap and cheerful) but the ski in ski out location was great for us. Steph and Adam were also a great help when we had some issues with flights. Will book again with Mountain Watch.”

“Justine planned our ski trip to Japan top to bottom and we absolutely loved it. Hakuba was the perfect place to spend a week with the family with great food and powder, variety on the slopes and cute accommodation at Brownie Cottages (perfect for a family of 5). Thanks so much Justine! You’ll be my first call when we’re ready for our next snow adventure.”

“Roxy was very helpful and gave us the assistance we needed early in the booking process. Comms was quick and thorough. The Mountain Watch app was easy to use accessing all of our travel docs. I liked the idea of it. When our flight home was delayed Roxy reached out to provide assistance.”

“Amelia at MT was simply amazing. She went above and beyond to give us advice about travelling in Japan and booked everything for our ski trip in Nozawa Onsen, even a fantastic hotel in Tokyo. I highly recommend using Mountainwatch Travel, especially Amelia.”

“Kirsty from Mountainwatch did an amazing job organising our Japan ski holiday. She was responsive to our changes and guided us through the process where necessary. Tokyo and Osaka hotel choises were prefect, both as to standard or hotel and placement in the city. We skied in Nozawaonsen which was brilliant: great village vibe and place we stayed in, the last available for us 5, was a 2 star place but perfectly fine for what we needed.If only Kirsty could run Jetstar...That airline not only lost our daughter's luggage but took 8 days to get it to us! Would highly recommend Mountainwatch. Thanks Kirsty”

“We had a great experience with Mountainwatch. We turned our trip to Japan around in just over a week so there was quite a bit of pressure on Anna and she well and truly delivered. Accommodation in Hakuba was absolutely perfect and we plan to book again. Nozawa accommodation availability was tight but Anna still managed to find us something suitable and comfortable. We are very happy and would highly recommend.”

“Hi everything went great, just our room wasn't what I was expecting, I was expecting a bed off the ground and a futon but instead there were 3 single beds on the ground not what I expected for a king twin room...the beds were very taxing on our backs but everything else was great, Nozawa is amazing.”
