“These guys are experts in their field and actually spend time in the ski resorts over the season, so they offer first hand knowledge, tips and can talk from experience. Do yourself a favour and let them take care of all your travel needs if you decide to ski Japan.”

“I researched many agents when booking our first ever family ski trip to Japan. We had a strict budget to work with and Susie Mordes from Liquid Snow Tours was absolutely spot on. She recommended the gorgeous self-contained log cabins (Brownie Villas, Echoland near Hakuba) for us. We adored our cabin and it had everything a family of six could need. The owners of Brownie Villas go out of their way to help - offering supermarket bus runs every second day, lifts to Happo One mountain if required, lifts back to Hakuba Base Camp for return shuttle back to Tokyo. Everything Susie booked was seamless - the ski rentals with Central Snowsports (they pick you up to be fitted and collect your ski gear at the end of the trip), the 'all mountain' lift passes, the recommended lessons with Hakuba Snow Sports School, the Nagano Snow Shuttles. We cannot recommend Susie and the whole team at Liquid Snow Tours highly enough. The only bit of our trip that didn't go according to plan was when Jetstar cancelled our Cairns to Tokyo outward flight. I had booked the flights so it was not a Liquid Snow Tours issue but I called their Hakuba office from Cairns airport and as Susie wasn't working that day we were helped out by Naomi who kindly emailed through the replacement train, train, bus route that we now needed to use the following day in order to get from Tokyo to Hakuba (having missed our scheduled snow shuttle). Congratulations on doing such a great job Liquid Snow Tours!!!!”

“Japawesome!! What an experience we had in Hakuba, Japan after linking up with Liquid Snow Tours. What a rad group of people, awesome accommodations and blower pow. Do yourself a favor and just book with Liquid Snow Tours to have the best time ever :)”

“Hey guys, just wanted to say thanx for an awesome week in Hakuba! We are really happy with the whole trip and we are doubly happy that we saved heaps booking with u guys. Everything was spot on, acconodafuon was friendly and, warm and clean and the hire was easy as! Thanks again. Will definitely book with you again. Enjoy the pow pow guys and see u next year!!”

“Just got back from my Hakuba trip to Hakuba with Liquid. The whole experience was so smooth and it took the stress off us. The extra services they provided in Hakuba such as the welcome drinks and guiding made the trip that much better! Can't wait to travel with these legends again - Andrew”

“Hey Guys, Just letting you know we had a great time at Happo One with my family. We stayed at The Springs which was very comfortable with very helpful staff. We were lucky enough to have powder for the 6 days we stayed! My kids has an awesome time too. A great holiday but it was nice to come home for a rest after boarding all day for 5 straight days!! Thanks”

“This was the first time I’ve used an agency to book a holiday, and I would highly recommend it. Really great experience, good communication, simple and easy, accommodation was perfect, pick up and drop off service was smooth and comfortable. I would use Liquid again for sure. “Wir hatten zu Saisonbeginn 2018/2019 eine Tour nach Niseko (Hokkaido) gebucht. Naomi von LST hat kurzfristig alles (Flüge, Transfer, Hostel, Hol- und Bringservice, Skiequipment etc.) perfekt organisiert. Alles hat wunderbar geklappt. Das war unsere 3. Tour mit LST. Jederzeit gerne wieder! Sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis und perfekter Service.”

“My trip was excellent from start to finish with everything taken care of and organised well in advance for me so I didn't have to put much thought into anything other than which line to take through the trees! The dates I traveled were perfect and I saw a nice mix of deep snow and some sunny days on which I saw Mt Yotei and the sea of Japan from the top of Niseko! Thanks to the LST crew for everything, will certainly travel with you guys again!!!”
