“Unfortunately a late injury meant I didn't travel with my group but their feedback was positive about the location and liquid snow in general. I was impressed in the way Rob Bound helped me with refunds and my insurance e laim”

“Fantastic service! Silvi Calisto looked after us and she didn't miss a beat. We had a few problems with changes needing to be made to the trip and Silvi was very accommodating to our needs. All our documents and passes ect were readily available and the trip ran like clockwork. Thanks again to Silvi and the Liquid Snow Tour Team, the free drinks at Jacks bar topped everything off. 10/10 would choose them again”

“I recently used Liquid Snow Tours for a package to Japan. I do recommend and would definitely use their services again. Naomi was very helpful and promptly replied to emails. “For the second year in a row we have used Liquid Snow Tours. On both occasions they were able to tailor a complete package for us, including travel coordinated with comfortable times between transport. Any requests for other information, no matter how trivial, their local experience was always imparted, promptly.”

“I am really satisfied with the services me and my partner received from Liquid Snow Tours. Our consultant Justine was very informative and efficient and she provided us with everything we needed for our Hakuba trip - from great accommodation to snow and ski hire and transfers to and from the airport - at a great value. She also responded to emails promptly and provided us with helpful advice to any questions we had. I highly recommend Liquid Snow Tours to anyone looking for a quality company to provide them with a hassle-free and well organised snow holiday at a great value. We will definitely be booking through them again for our next snow holiday.”

“Using liquid snow tours made our snowboarding leg of our Japan trip so much easier to organise. Susie was so helpful and quick to respond and organise whatever we needed. The pickup from the train station was so helpful and having english speaking staff in Hakuba.”

“If you want to travel to the snow in Japan and want to talk to people who know the country talk to Liquid Snow Tours, they have great advice, the right connections and consultants know the lay of the land. If you want to hasslefree trip contact Liquid Snow Tours they’ll get you there and back with paradise inbetween.”
