“We simply would not use anyone else! Anna is an absolute gun and understands everything we need. We keep going back to her year after year and always have an absolute blast. Right down to the little things like where to eat nothing is ever to much trouble.”

“MountainWatch were very helpful and easy to deal with. Roxy Davies (Queenstown Office) was very quick to reply to all of my emails which made selecting the correct options fast and simple. Mountainwatch were able to offer the lowest price for the Prince Hotel Shiga Kogen and put together a great package with lift tickets meals and ski hire. It was good to be able to pay in $AU. I will definitely use MountainWatch for my next ski holiday”

“Justine organised our 6 person Niseko trip for January 2026 and it was fantastic! Everything ran so smoothly from the flights, Private transfer to Niseko and the Accommodation. She also managed to make it snow for us EVERY SINGLE DAY!!!! Absolutely fantastic service and we will be using Mountainwatch Travel again for our 2027 Japan trip.”

“Yes, I will recommend Mountainwatch Travel for ski holidays. Everyone we talked to in the office were knowledgeable and helpful. However, I will not recommend a ski holiday in Japan unless you speak Japanese.”

“Anna at Mountainwatch has booked several Ski holidays for our family , Anna is so efficient, and so good at her job. The ease and nothing is ever a problem when booking through her, it made the holiday smoothe and stress free . I highly recommend booking through Mountainwatch (Anna especially)!”
