Once the holiday was booked and receiving the last of the paperwork. There was no additional communication on the ground or prior. The accommodation that we chose to go with could have been explained better i.e. type of room, lack of front office support/knowledge. The process of commuting around Hakuba could have been explained better. Generally speaking we wont be using Mountianwatch again for travel as there was nothing offered we couldn't have done ourselves.
