Justine Fitzsimmons was very proactive and made all the bookings we asked for quickly. All queries during the planning were answered promptly. Any advice provided was valued; e.g. Black Cat delivery service was brilliant for our ski gear to/from Hakuba/Narita airport. Accommodation in Keio Plaza Hotel, Shinjuku Tokyo was central, fantastic location. In Hakuba, Garuka Apartments worked really well for 2 couples. Our 2nd week at Tokyu Hotel for just us two was a real pleasure. The whole experience in Japan more than met expectations. Thank you Justine & team.
