We needed Urgent help due to a broken wrist in our group.
Justine & Susie from Mountain Watch did all they could to assist and it really helped the process. It is all very well to organize a trip, but to be on the fast response via email and phone in a urgent situation - was just first class service. This was our third trip and other 2 trips went extremely well.
