Anna's recommendations were exactly what I asked for - I had tried 2 previous agents at other companies that kept providing options that didn't align to our needs or our budget. The trip was seamless, our stay at the Rosenheim Hakuba was awesome - boutique japanese style , friendly staff, excellent service. Pick up & drop off to the station. Even our ski instructor ( who was also outstanding) commented on how great the ski locker room was: boot drying rack , lockers for skis & helmets, dryers . The restaurant was great for after happy hour when we were too tired to go out - heated blankets at the tables! Our lift passes covered everything, our instructor took us to 4 resorts. It was our first time skiing & we had the best time. We will be back!
