This was our 3rd ski trip to Hakuba Japan & 3rd time booking through MountainWatch (& previously LiquidTours). A thoroughly professional experience considering we needed to change the number of people & our need for more rooms. Wasn't a problem for the staff. Accommodation was as described & our lift tickets etc were waiting for us on arrival. Would have no hesitation in booking through MountainWatch a 4th time.
