Fantastic service! Silvi Calisto looked after us and she didn't miss a beat. We had a few problems with changes needing to be made to the trip and Silvi was very accommodating to our needs. All our documents and passes ect were readily available and the trip ran like clockwork. Thanks again to Silvi and the Liquid Snow Tour Team, the free drinks at Jacks bar topped everything off. 10/10 would choose them again
