I ordered 4 bottles of chocolate liqueur. After placing the order and having my credit card charged, I didn’t hear anything from the company for over a week. I tried over a dozen times to contact them via phone call and chat. Was unable to speak to anyone. Then the shipment was delayed over and over and over. Finally, I had to get my credit card company to charge back the money to my account, because I could never communicate with anyone at i Shop liquor. This company‘s service is terrible, and they make it impossible to communicate. I will never do business with these guys again. Horrible experience.
