I've had 20 years of therapy and tried many different modalities, teachers and courses. Out of them all, Lisa is the first one to actually tell me it's not my fault. That the patterns I repeated had to be so because I didn't have the tools to do anything different. 20 YEARS of healing and she was the first to lay it out simply and in plain language. I think she's great. She's not a trained psychologist - she's a coach - so go in knowing that.
