Phoned to clarify a couple of points - spoke to a really lovely member of staff. Extremely good product knowledge - not scripted, what a wonderful difference..! Then ordered online express delivery - arrived the following day as promised.. Received with a hand written compliments card - nice touch... Will definitely try to use you again..
