Brought a pair of climbing shoes for my daughter. They gave me good advice on sizing and fit, very quick standard delivery. Unfortunately my diva daughter changed her mind on the colour. Phoned and explained the problem, new pair (different colour) sent out straight away, before I had sent other ones back. Fantastic service very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend.
