Very friendly & helpful staff when contacted by telephone.
A few disappointments though. First, the waterproof dungarees were packaged in a large plastic cover - totally unnecessary. Second, DPD courier using a plastic wrapping for transport of the product - why not use paper-based packaging? Thirdly, not stocking products made somewhere other than China.
