I have dealt with Littlewoods over this return for going on three weeks now. They sent me a Dell Inspiron that would not switch on; I sent it back by Parcelforce because they would not let me print a returns label. Now they keep telling me different things about my account being refunded varrying between 14 and 28 days, they dont even admit they got the return even though one of their employees signed for it. Now it is coming up to statement time and obviously I cannot pay for something I have not got. I am thinking of issuing a summons to clear my account with them as they are not dealing with the matter at all satisfactorily.
