Worst customer service I have ever received. Avoid at all costs. Staff (Based in S Africa) extremely disinterested and rude. They delivered the wrong item and make you jump through hoops to either be refunded or be sent the correct item. The majority of decent retailers would bend over backwards to put it right. Not Littlewoods. Not even an apology. Contacting our bank to claim money back that way. Shambolic organisation, with even worse customer service if that was somehow possible. Please don't ever order from Littlewoods.

Be very careful when ordering a phone ..I ordered one around a year ago and yesterday all of a sudden it was black listed ..took it to the shop and it seems littlewoods are well known to buy ex contract phones and selling them has pay has you go

Attempted to pay online as I always do but this time it required bank verification notice which didn't work. Fine, must check with my bank that details are up to date. I then attempted to telephone Littlewoods to make payment. Was informed that my phone number was not recognised yet this number is on my account and has been for over 20 years. The phone line then went dead. Tried again and same thing happened. As this was a Sunday I decided to try again today ( Monday). Telephoned and had same response that my phone number was not recognised. it took several attempts to finally speak to someone- in India I think - when I was then asked how much was the last payment I made and what was the last thing I purchased. I wasn't prepared for this, can't remember offhand what last payment was! I ended up telling them to 'forget it' and put the phone down. I now have the choice of finding a paypoint near me or sending a cheque. I don't think I'll be making any more purchases.

Never ever will I order again from Littlewoods catalogue and never ever will I use BNPL! I regularly looked at my BNPL to make sure I was keeping on top of it so I obviously wouldnt have to pay interest. BUT suddenly about a few months or so before I was due to pay the last amounts all the information miraculously disappeared so there was nowhere to be seen to be able to pay so Ive ended up paying all the interest. Do I think its a scam? Yes definitely! I fully believe it was done purposely yes! Maybe some big boss at the top should look in to the accounts department.

I rang littlewoods to arrange a parcel to be picked up. It was picked up but Royal Mail who didn't leave proof. I do know the Courier and I did hand it to him. Littlewoods are denying receiving it and have asked me to pay or fine me £12. Total is £132. 4 jumpers. I did pay as was worried. Iv rang them 3 times spent hours on phone they have said they will sort it. They havent. Going on for 4 weeks. Disgraceful customer service. Iv taken it to Resolver. If I get refunded I will close my account. Its so frustrating. And I will take to a small claims court.

Been woth Littlewoods and there parent company Very for over a year now and accounts in Excellent shape in terms of paying for bnpl items off early and payments on time always. The last month i noticed when i ordered a double pack of peat free compost as they were on offer i decided to add it to my account. But unusually it declined/Rejected the order and told me to contact customer service, so i did just that. Spoke to a Lady on the phone to then tell me they have had a notice from transunion and i cannot place any more orders until they get an update with further information regarding whats going on. Been a month or just over since to still see my Account is no longer able to place new credit orders. Ive never been late with littlewoods or very and bills are always paid. Im astonished at this odd behaviour where a Genuine Excellent customer as myself gets unfairly treated like a criminal and to make me feel like a Bad customer is beyond unreasonable. I expect littlewoods and parent company very to be proud of themselves as the way they have behaved. Never have i ever been this appalled at a credit company before and never been treated with dis-intempt again like im a criminal!

Communications offered by this company have completely collapsed. They refuse to give a functional email address - the one quoted - Queries@littlewoods.com - no longer functions and a written request to the company to provide one is met with complete indifference. I am hard of hearing and cannot use telephone communications in any respect so their quoted telephone number is useless to me, I cannot contact them via email and their ability to comprehend written communications is non-existent. This is a company with nothing but contempt for its users. If Littlewoods elects to respond to this criticism then it would be educational to any user if they deign to add a functional email address. If they do not, and will not, then that should be illustration enough. The idea in this modern age they have no email facility for customers is not credible.

Terrible company. I have a BNPL and a normal shopping account. I made payments on my normal shopping account last year of over 180 pounds, which I thought my last payment was oct. when asked how much left to pay, I get told over 180 pounds left🤔 I was bit confused at this, so queried it. For then to be told it could be postage charges. But I've never paid for postage. Then I get told it would be looked into. But nobody got back to me. And when I ring back to go through it all again. I get told possibly, it's items I sent back from my BNPL but for then to be put on my normal shopping account. And again get told it will be looked into. But nobody got back to me. And when I ring up again I get told it's charges. And when I ask for what and explain, they then tell me it's rectified and there's no charges. 🤔 So then I ask how much I owe. Again over 180 pounds. And again when I argue this I get told it will be looked into yet again. Then get told it's only 8 pounds plus I owe. And when I say is that all I owe on normal account. The person tells me yes. And that someone will contact me to explain what happened. Nobody did. And when I ring them again. Asking about the explanation. Nobody knows anything about it. And it's not 8 pound plus. And again nobody gets back to me. So when I put in a complaint. And get told my account will be looked into. I ask for my normal shopping account to be frozen whilst it gets sorted out. And get told it will. But then I get amounts added on the account, and letters in the post and when I ring up. I get told to ignore it. Which I did. Then I get a letter December to say the account still being looked into and can take up2 4 weeks. And then I get an arrears letter and a charge in my account. And when i said about my account being frozen. They then tell me it can't be frozen. And I get told my account is correct with no proof in statements, other then what I've bought after that, and on bnpl. And when I asked for statements on the items I constantly bought. I get told they would have to go into the archives. And when they get back to me I get told you can't see what items I purchased 🤔 and the next thing it's charges again. Missed payments when I've not missed any payments. 🤔 one person says one thing. And another person says another. You send items back and they don't put it back on your account half the time. Amount of times ive had to ring up to chase returns. How do I know that items I've sent back, I've not been paying for them 🤔 like I was told. Something thing dodgy going on with little woods and I won't be purchasing from them ever agsin And I urge others not to either.

Yet again unable to make payment via their app! Sometimes the payment appears to be taken from my bank account then the app announces "timed out" so the payment doesn't register and the money later reappears in bank account. I real pain and happens way too often. Trying to get any help by phone is a complete waste of time!!!!

Horrendous trouble with Littlewoods!! Horrendous trouble with Littlewoods!!! Absolute Scam Company!!! Placed my first order in Nov 2021 with them. When order arrived one of the items was missing and never ever turned up. Called their CS to advise of problem with missing item at that time. Their CS are based in Cape Town, so being outside the UK they dont seem to care what they say or how they deal with you as untraceable and no record of calls kept or logged so they fob you off!!! After several calls back and forth in that Nov/Dec 2021 they eventually refunded me for missing item to enable me to purchase again if i wanted to and also by way of apology said they were going to raise a £10 cheque as gesture of goodwill. Happy at the time that the issue got resolved at least... or so i thought. Received their goodwill gesture cheque a month later - end of Dec 2021/ beginning of Jan 2022, and put into my bank. All sorted and end of things .....again....or so I thought. Horrified to find then that in Jan 2022 i then receive a statement letter from Littlewoods in the post telling me I apparently owed £10 on my account!! What!!!!????? i owed nothing - i'd never purchased anything since the original and first nightmare (whuch had been all paid for at point of purchase) so certainly wouldnt have bought from them again. So.....yet again had the inconvenience of having to call their CS team (abroad) again where the agent told me she was sorry for the error and it appeared that the original incompitent CS agent had raised the £10 goodwill cheque against my own account!!!!!!! What on earth!!! How absurb and totally irresponsible and ridiculous!! Assured by that agent they were sorry and all had been rectified. Fast forward to now today Feb 26th 2022 and surprise surprise another letter from them saying i still owe £10!!!! Fuming!! Called again (again over in Cape Town) and spent two hours on phone to 2 different CS agents with appalling attitudes!! First agent put me on silent hold for 30 mins and disappeared (basically clearly because this is what they do). So had to phone back and 2nd agent said cant understsnd why Littlewoods had again re-raised the £10 in error against my account again and so would rectify again. She also told me there are no notes made from my previous calls and they dont keep notes!! Very very concerning and dodgy!!! No willing from her to email me confirmation re: resolution and a really crappy attitude. Vile vile vile! Suffice to say I still dont trust issue has been resolved but conveniently there is no email for Littlewoods anywhere, you can only WRITE to them at their address in Chelmsford!! So.......you cant speak to anyone in the UK, they dont make notes or keep record when you call their CS, they dont have an email address (certainly not for complaints anyway)......hmmm...need i say more!!??? Next step is for me to contact Obudsman by the looks and take legal action to try to resolve! Avoid this retailer like the plague you will undoubtedly have nothing but trouble with them and they cannot be trusted!!!

I have dealt with Littlewoods over this return for going on three weeks now. They sent me a Dell Inspiron that would not switch on; I sent it back by Parcelforce because they would not let me print a returns label. Now they keep telling me different things about my account being refunded varrying between 14 and 28 days, they dont even admit they got the return even though one of their employees signed for it. Now it is coming up to statement time and obviously I cannot pay for something I have not got. I am thinking of issuing a summons to clear my account with them as they are not dealing with the matter at all satisfactorily.

Here we go again. More of my returns lost. This time I'd taken parcels to the post office 2 days in a row just before new year. More than 2 weeks later I'm still waiting on refunds to my account for 7 items about £250 as usual I keep my proof of return but now as usual have to wait on littlewoods investigations . Not sure I will order again as this isn't the first time this has happened.

Ordered an overpriced PS5 only to have some guy in the Very/Littlewoods call centre call us and say we were singled out for "extra security checks" - he tried to ask lots of personal questions before telling us that the littlewoods 'contract for purchase' allowed them to change the price even after we had paid (contract law 101 might help them understand a few things), and that even though I am a cardholder on my husband's credit card account (i.e. I have my own card with my name on it) that my husband as the primary card holder would have to open the littlewoods account to purchase something with our credit card (wtf?). However, they charged his credit card, took the money and yet this vacuous call centre mental midget told us the order was cancelled.

I was going to open an account but they say my e mail isnt valid ..The same e nail I have been using for overv10 years for banks etc . After reading these reviews I am glad I havent gotten account . They sound like a total shambles . I dodged a bullet
