I placed an order on 26th December. Only 7 out of 30 items arrived on the 28th December with no advice notice in package. I have been trying to sort this out since 6th January. I have rang on several occasions, yesterday ( 21.01.25) I was told that a full refund would be added to my account. After checking my account only a few items have been removed.....this would be so much easier to sort if they had an email.address or used live chat. I will now need to ring again to try and sort....once this problem is solved I will be closing my account, which I have had for over 20 years.
