Been woth Littlewoods and there parent company Very for over a year now and accounts in Excellent shape in terms of paying for bnpl items off early and payments on time always. The last month i noticed when i ordered a double pack of peat free compost as they were on offer i decided to add it to my account. But unusually it declined/Rejected the order and told me to contact customer service, so i did just that. Spoke to a Lady on the phone to then tell me they have had a notice from transunion and i cannot place any more orders until they get an update with further information regarding whats going on. Been a month or just over since to still see my Account is no longer able to place new credit orders. Ive never been late with littlewoods or very and bills are always paid. Im astonished at this odd behaviour where a Genuine Excellent customer as myself gets unfairly treated like a criminal and to make me feel like a Bad customer is beyond unreasonable. I expect littlewoods and parent company very to be proud of themselves as the way they have behaved. Never have i ever been this appalled at a credit company before and never been treated with dis-intempt again like im a criminal!

My bank account had an unauthorised payment so bank card had to be stopped in meantime my payment was due but still hadn’t received new card so now iv got £22 card in my account tried to make a payment today as new card came couldn’t do it as new card has got to be used at a machine before making a payment also there is no email address to explain why I couldn’t make a payment really in this day and age there should be an email address so I could explain as to why my payment was late also I was told you want everything done on line now but you really don’t think of the older generation at all who are I computer savvy or don’t have printers so iv decided once my account is bade up that will be it for me finished I was told there is no email people have to phone

I've used Littlewoods for years with no problems but recently it has been an absolute shambles. I ordered a blue fish fountain, it arrived with all the parts missing, in the same week I ordered a top and bottom outfit for my granddaughter, I received two bottoms and no top. Now the outfit is going to arrive too late for my granddaughters birthday. You have to do better than this Littlewoods. I can't fault the customer service, they are always helpful, and resolved both issues.

Ordered a few things for Christmas and they all items ordered arrived separately on different days which is a nuisance. Some things I ordered did not come so I had to ring on 22nd December to ask where they might be and was told it would arrive before Christmas. Still haven't received it so I have called and they confirmed it was signed for and delivered on 20th December; it wasn't. So now I await feedback and a refund. Not the first time I've not received an order from them either so I would avoid them. Not reliable at all.

I have been a customer with this company for a long time. I ordered a large Yankee candle jar for a Christmas present and it was delivered on 17th December. I opened the box only to find the jar completely shattered and pieces of broken glass. I took photographs to email to littlewoods as I thought that due to health and safety issues it wouldn't be able to be returned. I couldn't find email address and phoned customer services to inform them and ask for email address. However I was told that they wouldn't accept photographs and the only way it would be credited back to me was if it was returned to warehouse. Why would any decent company want to place customers and staff to risk of injury. Completely unbelievable. I had already carefully disposed of it. Now I am out 21.99 for this item and have to find replacement gift.

Very overpriced , too much cheap fabric , polyester , viscose etc however some homewares bargains in the sales . Lots of branded clothing which is good but once again can be bought much cheaper elsewhere. They do offer interest free credit for 20 weeks and free delivery and returns but you pay over the odds for this .

I was text by Littlewoods with whom I do not have account saying I had opened an account I rang their customer service number and the call was answered, I was asked if I was the account holder so I briefly explained what had happened The line went silent and I waited for a reply, 60 seconds or so later not a sound so I hung up and tried again, got through and explained again the situation after being asked if I was the account holder, their response to my answer was without a word to hang up on me What a rude and ignorant way to deal with my call, manners cost nothing. I did ring again but chose a different department I guessed would be staffed by U.K based employees as the previous two calls were answered by non-europeans. Thankfully this time I was able to talk with and resolve the issue with a very friendly Scouser. The thought of having to come across the previous rotten apples within your company has put me off for life ever wanting to deal with your company.

It took me three goes to get through to an advisor. The first man was so rude and incompetent. He couldn't do this and he couldn't do that and managed to be very offensive as well and he was supposed to be customer care! I have no up and tried again. The second time I got cut off and finally got through at my third attempt. This adviser was ok but rather patronising. I do not want to ring them again and it has made me think about leaving Littlewoods altogether.

Been with Littlewoods 10yrs plus rang up to pay my but now pay later off then statement came played all my money off my normal account a think because they can't understand my accent as they are not English
