Littlewoods is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. It took them 4 months to resolve an issue that was their fault and that was impacting on my credit rating. It caused me a lot of stress to say the least, and they couldn't have cared less!
Their customer service is appalling, as is how they treat their customers in general.
I seriously urge you to keep away from them.
