Disgusting treatment by 'irene' in call center, left on hold whilst trying to speak to a manager. Just quoted T&C's at me and told me if i read them i might understand. very unhappy - will be cancelling my account and would never ever recommend. never been treated so badly in my life! and they barely speak english!
