Charger cable for a Hoover Freedom cordless breaks at its connection to the micro plug due to shocking quality and design after only 14 months. Consumer Rights Act 2015 clearly applies as not "lasting a reasonable length of time" and Littlewoods not the least interested (surprise, surprise) and say I should get a VAT registered electrician to write a report and they will pay up to £45 towards the cost. The most illiterate advice I've ever heard since the actual charger only costs £15 retail (so less to them). My advice would be to avoid Littlewoods at all costs. After sales service is utterly disgraceful
