Absolutely disgusting customer service. I placed an order and had an order confirmation through. I even got a deliver date confirmation through to then find out on the day of delivery that the order was out of stock. This was 2 and half weeks after ordering the goods.
I'll definitely be thinking twice before making any more orders from here.
I wouldn't have minded even one or two days after the order confirmation but on the day of delivery two and half weeks after is a joke.
