Disgraceful ..
extremely slow and un-helpful. Some times rude, will definitely keep you waiting, will have you explain and discuss every aspect knowing they can’t or have been almost instructed not to help though policy. Like their bored or think you have nothing better to do, only to put you back onto hold to listen to the Littlewoods album for 30-60mins+ then to put you through to another wrong department where you’re expected to start again? or cut you off ..so called customer services.
On going for 11months, nightmare :(
