LiveFit meals are actually quite good. My reason for the poor review is because too many times now, their system allows for shipment of 2 weeks worth of meals on one day. Meaning you need to freeze or give away the second box of meals. For example, I place a subscription order on Feb 15th with a start date of my first delivery on March 1st. I was charged on Feb 15th right away, that part is fine. But then I was charged again on Feb 22nd (before I've even had my first delivery) and was informed that I'm going to receive a double shipment on March 1st, which is the date I was supposed to just receive my first shipment. They say it's not an error, since it's a weekly subscription it's correct that I'd receive a double order on March 1st. This is not my first time with an issue related to their shipping process. They wouldn't refund me for the second order, instead they offered a $200 credit towards a future order. I declined, I've cancelled my subscription and will not order again. It's too much hassle for what it's worth, in my opinion. If this was a one-off situation it would be different.
