The IndeeLift is a great product and really gives me peace of mind in the event that I might fall. On the other hand, the delivery/shipping company left a lot to be desired. They did not deliver the product on the date they specified, nor did they bother to contact me when they missed my delivery. The day after my scheduled delivery, I came home from a medical appointment to find my shipping container sitting in front of my house. For a disabled person, getting that palletized container moved was NOT a pleasant experiance.
