My experience was terrible, as I was told by airport staff I was not allowed to board on a plane. As I'm apparently not a resident in the Isle of man. What's that got to do with anything??
And apparently passport was invalid/void etc.
Maybe if you ask the correct questions, like what use passport no. Then maybe we can get somewhere with this issue.
All I want to know is why can't I board on a plane?
I just want answers.
