my entire interaction with this company was disappointing. the shoes i ordered (for self and 2 kids) were ok. I dont hate them but they are just average shoes. they dont live up to the hype on the website. also i ordered the shoes on a monday to wear to an event 10 days later. the shoes did not arrive on time. What on earth? So I had to buy other shoes for the event instead. the Livie and luca shoes finally arrived 12 days later.
