Customer service is STELLAR! I had to return a pair of shoes that were too small for my little one, it was an easy exchange process with free shipping back and quick shipping of the right size. Only complaint is how different the styles fit; the same size in 3 styles fit completely different which makes it hard to fit an already growing kid.
