I recently ordered shoes for both of my girls. As will happen, neither pair fit the girls properly. The return process was quick and easy. I needed help from customer service and they were prompt in their response and very helpful! The new shoes were at our door and fit well. I love Livie & Luca’s products but their fabulous customer service will make me a loyal customer!
