Disappointed with my recent custom sofa purchase from LIVOM. The product delivered wasn’t as configured, the got the wrong color and their no-return policy on ‘customized’ items means I’m stuck with it. Caution to potential buyers: they promise 30 days return policy but it is practically a scam. #CustomerExperience #OnlineShopping
