As an international buyer I was disgusted with the service I received via phone, the staff were very unhelpful and did not know their product and really did not want to help which is extremely frustrating when you are sending money on an international call. Would not deal with L K Bennett ever again. I now understand why it is difficult to get L K Bennett items in Australia if that is their response
