“I paid £4.95 delivery and have had to pay the same amount to return the item which did not look like the picture online.
This means I have sent £10 for something I did not want.
I hope my money will be refunded in a timely fashion.
I will not be shopping on-line with LKB again.”
“Your LK borrowed how it works point 3, states I can buy garments at a reduced price. I wanted to buy a dress that is online on your LK Bennet site for £221. When I tried to buy this I was told firstly I could get 30% off £329. I was told it was not for sale at £221 it must be on eBay. When I showed them proof on their own site. They then said I can buy it at that price. Why would I buy a second hand garment at the same price as a new one. This service is shocking and I should be offered this at the 30% off the online price of £221. Avoid this service as the customer service is all handled by people who have no idea what customer service is about”
“Item ordered paid for, received didn't fit returned, emailed proof of postage and tracking #, that was December "22, since then numerous emails with customer don't care proof of postage etc sent at least 4 times that advise couldn't find emails still waiting for reply to latest emails and hopefully refund. At present out of pocket $900 approximately which includes cost of item taxes and other charges and finally cost of return.”
“I purchased a dress that I received on the 5th of January. As the dress did not fit me, I returned it on the 7th of December. Till this date I did not receive the refund, despite getting confirmation from Royal Mail that they delivered back item.
The thing that has upset me mostly is that you cannot contact them over the phone at all and the several emails I sent them remained unanswered. How disgraceful for such a luxury brand and how upsetting that I still did not get my money back.”
“I have to say I am hugely disappointed with LK Bennet customer service as it is non existent!!! The phone line goes straight to an answer phone and there was no reply to an email that I sent 3 days ago. As things stand, I will not be ordering form LK Bennet ever again!!!
I ordered 2 pairs of shoes, the money was taken and order email sent but nothing else. It has been a week and no dispatch notification sent. Cant get through to any customer support for 3 days now.
This is totally unacceptable!”
“The clothes are great. The LK borrowed service is terrible. It takes ages to receive clothes meaning I’ve missed important occasions where I wanted to wear clothes I’d chosen but had nothing at home. And Dart doesn’t seem to be any quicker. They really need to improve the speed of sending out boxes.”
“I order four items. Only two were delivered. When I got in touch LK Bennett confirmed the other two had been cancelled because they were out of stock (they hadn't let me know this, you'll need to reach out proactively if one of your items doesn't arrive, to find out what's going on). They cancelled and refunded the rest of my order. A few weeks later, they randomly sent me one of the cancelled items and charged me for it again. The event I had wanted it for had passed at this point but they're refusing to give me a free return for that item despite me having it for less than 30 days, because it's been more than 30 days since my original order. The delay in LK Bennett shipping my item isn't my fault, but I've been told I need to cover the cost of shipping it back. Definitely avoid - so many issues with just my first order.”
“As an international buyer I was disgusted with the service I received via phone, the staff were very unhelpful and did not know their product and really did not want to help which is extremely frustrating when you are sending money on an international call. Would not deal with L K Bennett ever again. I now understand why it is difficult to get L K Bennett items in Australia if that is their response”

Ordered online and 10 days later still no delivery. No one answers the customer service line or return calls. I have noticed more and more reviews similar to mine. It’s unacceptable and maybe a call to the retail ombudsman is the only way to get them to return people’s calls.

Not good experience after buying a dress on line didnt fit try to return it ,phone number on website not recognized but reciet says delevery &Returns but no address nothing to show how to return. Email them they said we have seen your email but it will take 24hrs or longer tell you how to send back the dress.Real it takes seconds for them take my money from my card
