I have to say I am hugely disappointed with LK Bennet customer service as it is non existent!!! The phone line goes straight to an answer phone and there was no reply to an email that I sent 3 days ago. As things stand, I will not be ordering form LK Bennet ever again!!!
I ordered 2 pairs of shoes, the money was taken and order email sent but nothing else. It has been a week and no dispatch notification sent. Cant get through to any customer support for 3 days now.
This is totally unacceptable!
