I purchased a dress that I received on the 5th of January. As the dress did not fit me, I returned it on the 7th of December. Till this date I did not receive the refund, despite getting confirmation from Royal Mail that they delivered back item.
The thing that has upset me mostly is that you cannot contact them over the phone at all and the several emails I sent them remained unanswered. How disgraceful for such a luxury brand and how upsetting that I still did not get my money back.
