I order four items. Only two were delivered. When I got in touch LK Bennett confirmed the other two had been cancelled because they were out of stock (they hadn't let me know this, you'll need to reach out proactively if one of your items doesn't arrive, to find out what's going on). They cancelled and refunded the rest of my order. A few weeks later, they randomly sent me one of the cancelled items and charged me for it again. The event I had wanted it for had passed at this point but they're refusing to give me a free return for that item despite me having it for less than 30 days, because it's been more than 30 days since my original order. The delay in LK Bennett shipping my item isn't my fault, but I've been told I need to cover the cost of shipping it back. Definitely avoid - so many issues with just my first order.
