Please avoid this company!
I ordered and paid for next day delivery. The item didn't arrive and when I contacted Lloyd's call centre three days later, they would only refund the postage, not the value of the item pending them investigating with Hermes. I asked for a full refund and was refused.
It appears that I will have to pay again elsewhere to get this item, as this was urgent.
Not sure if I'll ever see my money back!
Please use another pharmacy!
