Tried to get on the new injection weight loss program. After several attempts to make and upload a video, I managed to send it, which was then refused. They take the money first, as they know that most people will get bored and wander off. If you ask for a refund you will only be offered 50%. This is for what they call the clinicians, who have had to check your questionnaire . This can take up to 48 hours, rubbish, it took less than two. Anyway, they make 100% profit as there is no stock to buy or to send. In a nutshell, a very basic, but brilliant scam. I would estimate that this is done for about a third of the orders. Hard to tell,as of course Lloyd's pharmacy,on the high street got sold down the river. The online name and presence is owned by a private Malaysian health care group called Aurelius.

An absolute disgrace of service. I bought some weight loss drugs online. I have never received anything from Lloyds pharmacy and when they said they required a video of me in my underwear before posting out the weight loss product. I replied explaining that I did not have a smart phone and did not really want a friend filming me in my underwear in order to complete the purchase so asked for a refund. They then said that a refund was not possible, but I could have 50% of the money back. To be clear, this was five days after my initial purchase and I had received nothing, they had done nothing but claimed half of my purchase price £173. For a medical company to run such a refund scam is unbelievable. I have tried to post the photograph of their reply but have not been able to upload the photo as I do not have a smart phone. But overpaid pharmacy company robbing poor people in a vulnerable position is frankly disgusting. I hope that they see this review and are ashamed as they should feel. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE; AS YOU WILL NOT BE GIVEN YOUR MONEY BACK!!!

This company should be avoided at all costs. They are the worst customer service you can get. Very unhelpful, slow to refund and simply a horrid company to deal with. They took a week of questions and wanting images for a simple prescription. PLEASE don't ever use this appalling bunch of amateurs

I used to have a very efficient ordering & delivery service with Echo Pharmacy but since Lloydspharmacy took over my medication is rarely in stock & can take weeks to arrive. Why can’t Lloyds source my medication when my local pharmacy can source my medication within 24 hrs ?

COMPLETELY USELESS. If your life means something to you then I advice you to avoid at any cost. Instead to get help from them, you will get the opposite.im waiting for my medication more than two weeks to be delivered with their excuse not in stock. That is medication that I must not stop according to the doctor in the hospital. It's unbelievable. I cancelled them and never again.

Absolutely useless. I have used Lloydsdirect for a couple of years without any problems. Then suddenly a few months ago started getting stock issues. Bur more recently the communication between the surgery and Lloydsdirect has been questionable/bad. Over the last 4 months 3 of my 4 prescription requests were only processed after manual intervention. LLoydsdirect has a fundamental problem. From a business perspective it is terminal, fix it or die. Resolving issues with the customer care representatives has been difficult but the latest interaction was shocking. I won't embarrass her by leaving her name online but the dialogue was disgraceful. However this won't be an issue for me because I'm gone !!!!

A month ago I used the lloyds pharmacy website to book a cholesterol test at the nearest branch offering this service. Adder travelling 40 minutes and paying for parking imagine my dismay to discover that branch had been sold and the new owners knew nothing about the appointment. Lloyds could have had the decency to contact me beforehand to let me know the booking would not be taking place. A waste of Saturday morning and out of pocket. Not impressed

I got in touch with the Pharmacist at Lloyds Pharmacy, Sainsbury, Rustington for some urgent help. The service I received from the Pharmacist on duty was second to none, May 13, 2023. After a day of frustration going through 111, he went out of his way to contact the out of hours doctor on my behalf to resolve the situation. Thank you to this gentleman, I will not forget the service given to me during this stressful time. I was able to squeeze his name out of him, Mark Guirguts. A huge thank you. Every company needs an employee like Mark.

Up to and until 16 months ago the Lloyds Pharmacy at Littleborough Health Centre Greater Manchester was very good. However since that time the service has deteriorated beyond belief. Because of my medical problems I get more or less 8 items of medication each month. The Surgeries system for ordering a repeat prescription means that I have to place my request 3 days before it is forwarded to the Lloyds Pharmacy in the same building. Lloyds then make up the prescription and that takes 24 - 36 hours despite the medication being in manufacturers packets. I am happy with that as I can easily work around that time frame. Now although the Surgery system has not changed it seems that Lloyds now need 3 days to complete my prescription and sometimes even more. Its 8 packets into a Bag. For the past 16 months I have never arrived at the Pharmacy and collected my prescription on time. Today 3/5/23 was the last straw my prescription has been in their hands for 5 days and as of 10:00 am today I was told I had to wait 20 minutes before they could make it up. Pointing this out to the Pharmacy I was told in no uncertain terms to go elsewhere. And if I continue to complain my prescription would handed back to me and I would have to go somewhere else. I said that their attitude was unacceptable and I would expect my medication to be prepared and ready by 4:00 pm. I will have to see if they have honoured their customer obligation and have it ready. I have no intention at this stage to go to another dispensary as the Littleborough site is my most convenient. But they should rest assured that a letter to the CEO will be sent sighting their incompetence. Looking at the reviews it would seem that Lloyds are far from satisfactory.

I put in an online order with Lloyds Pharmacy on 16th March this year. The amount of £44.69 was debited from my account. On the 5th April I received half my order.I have tried 40 or 50 times to telephone there is no-one there.I emailed and filled in all the forms many many times I even emailed the CEO.nothing has happened.Lloyds either need to send the rest of the order or credit my account with £20.My bank are treating it as fraud and are now trying to get this matter sorted.I will never buy from this company again.

Do not order from Lloyds Pharmacy. I placed online order 16/3/23 due by 26/3/23. Chased 27/3/23 promised for 30/3/23. Chased again 3/4/23 offered 20% refund because I said I wanted issue to be logged as complaint. Told due to technical difficulties now due w/c 10/4/23 but on 12/4/23 received email saying they were refunding me because I had cancelled my order, which I had not done. Following day I got another email saying product back in stock if I would like to reorder! Er nope, never deal with them again, no way of tracking online orders and unable to get through on phone. Very, very bad service, will never use them again

Firstly, do not rely on Google reviews, as companies can remove them, no matter how genuine you are. Lloyd's Pharmacy in Littleport, now taken over by Wellbeing Pharmacy, removed my review and only allows 5 star reviews to stay-the last review was 5 years ago, so that says a lot. Secondly, I didn't do anything deserving of being banned, but because the pharmacist knew this, he made-up lies to use against me, which is cruel, unfair, unprofessional and malpractice. I have asked Lloyds to provide proof, but months later and still nothing-because he lied! Lloyds have told me they cannot do nothing, because that is no longer their pharmacy, but even before that I would be told I've receive calls that I didn't, but how convenient they say that now. I will admit I struggled with my medication at first, which had to be supervised and I had to do that 5 days a week, so I had trouble going there every day at first. The pharmacist was so aggressive, intimidating and would have a go at me, allow I was allowed to miss 2 days in a row eithout my precription stopping, which I never let happen. It's his job to dispense medication, not interogate customers for not coming in every day. I was never abusive, never stole anything, never vandalised anything or anything else extreme, I did not deserve to be barred, especially 3 dsys before Christmas. Someone in his position should have empathy-he had zero. I need help, not punishment. I am doing much better now, but he with ruthless. I asked my care professional if I could have a female present which being supervised as I did not feel safe with that thuggish looking pharmacist, with a shaved head and stocky build, even more so because I am vulnerable and asked if he would back down, because I had just gotten out of hospital from a suicide attempt, but instead of that, all hell broke loose, on the pharmacist's part. It knocked me sideways when I was first told I couldn't have any medication over Christmas and he was stopping a stript I was dependent of immediately, but after my key worker begged him to let me have medicationover the holidays, he agreed but I panicked about what I would do after. The only other chemist in my town was at full capacity and wasn't taking on anymore customers. I even started having dark thoughts about not wanting to be here anymore. After the holidays, I was sent to a chemist over 7 miles away. I am on benefits, have no car and a knee injury, still on daily pick-up, so that made my life absolute hell. Going back to contacting Lloyd's customer services, in the time I was treated so appallingly, causing so much trauma after only being discharged from hospital for approx a week or so, their pharmacists actions were so brutal and way over the top. I should receive compensation for damages and that pharmacist should either be suspended or be put on a course to learn some compassion.
