Ordered hydrocortisone cream along with some other general bits and bobs. After 3 weeks Lloyds pharmacy finally dispatched my parcel, but without the hydrocortisone cream, which was the main reason for my purchase. Since then they have ignored all requests for update or refund and I have had no choice but to raise a case with PayPal to obtain a refund. Needless to say they are ignoring PayPal also.
AVOID - shocking customer service and I'm reporting to the regulator.
