Absolutely abysmal service, I thought switching to online prescriptions would be less hassle than going to the chemist, now that I have had to deal Lloyds direct I realise that was a mistake, I have six common medicines repeated every month but Lloyds only had three in stock, the first two missing items took an extra week and the Gaviscon that I ordered on 17th March is yet to arrive in stock (today it's 5th April).
I can go to Boots in our local village and buy twenty bottles so why is such a large company so inept at maintaining stock levels.
If you can't supply your existing customers with quality of life improving, and often life saving medication then stop sending out tens of thousands of unsolicited spam emails every day touting for new custom, more customers is the last thing Lloyds needs until it gets its house in order.
Any of your standard cut and paste responses to this review will be taken as an insult.
